At the spring promotion meeting for major projects, Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing’s annual 800-set new environmental and intelligent machinery project has become a benchmark for Linyi High-Tech Zone's high-end equipment cluster. With its intelligent and green features, this project represents the synergy between traditional industry upgrades and regional economic growth in Yimeng, driven by innovation and local government support.

Innovation Drives Competitiveness

Founded in January 2023, Hengtai quickly gained a strong foothold in the intelligent mining machinery sector with its precise market strategy and continuous R&D investment. As a subsidiary of Terui Si Technology & Trade, it specializes in intelligent transformation and green upgrading of mining machinery, with core products like crushers, screens, and dust collectors. With 12 utility model patents and 1 invention patent, Hengtai leads the industry in technological strength. The project, with an investment of 323 million yuan, covers 64.91 mu and 30,000 square meters, introducing over 60 sets of high-precision CNC equipment. This creates an intelligent production system that integrates advanced manufacturing, information, and intelligent technologies, fully upgrading the production process to automation, precision, and greenization.

Green Track for Industry Efficiency

Under the "dual-carbon" goals, the mining machinery industry is shifting from traditional to green intelligent manufacturing. Hengtai’s self-developed equipment integrates low energy consumption and low emission technologies, featuring intelligent sensors for real-time monitoring of sand and gravel, improving resource utilization. The project’s products, exported mainly to Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East, are building the "Linyi Intelligent Manufacturing"
