Based on the client's specific requirements, we assembled a complete mobile crushing station consisting of an FTM938E69 primary crushing unit (including a ZSW-490×110 vibrating feeder and a PE600×900 jaw crusher) and an FTM935F1214L secondary crushing unit (including a PF1214 impact crusher and a 4YK1860 vibrating screen).

The vibrating feeder delivers material smaller than 500 mm to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. The impact crusher then performs secondary crushing on the primary product. Finally, the vibrating screen classifies the crushed material into four finished sizes — 0-6 mm, 6-10 mm, 10-14 mm and 14-20 mm — widely used in highway and building construction.

The river pebble mobile crushing line is composed of the FTM938E69 mobile coarse crushing station and the FTM935F1214L (4YK1860) medium-fine mobile crushing and screening station.
Hengtai's mobile crushing station provided us with simple, efficient and low-cost project hardware. The crushed material is stress-free and crack-free, the finished product is cubical in shape with uniform particle distribution, fully meeting highway construction requirements.

On-Site Configuration
The granite crushing line consists of a GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder, a PE900×1200 jaw crusher, an FTMCS430 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a PF1315 impact crusher, a 2YK2460 circular vibrating screen, and a 2YK2160 circular vibrating screen.

The feed hopper is internally lined with 20 mm thick steel plates forming a steel structural frame. Material first enters the GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder through the hopper. The PE900×1200 deep-cavity jaw crusher performs primary crushing. The crushed material then enters the FTMCS430 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. After shaping by the PF1315 impact crusher, the material is screened by the 2YK2460 and 2YK2160 circular vibrating screens. Finally, particles larger than 25 mm are returned to the PF1315 impact crusher for further reduction, yielding three finished sizes: 0-5 mm, 5-15 mm and 15-25 mm.

On-Site Configuration
Based on the customer's high requirements for capacity and finished particle size, our engineers assembled two mobile crushing stations — models FTM1142E710 and FTM3S186PYF13. After large material reaches the hopper, a TSW1139 feeder sends it to a PE750×1060 jaw crusher for primary crushing. The belt conveyor then transfers the coarse material to a PF impact crusher for secondary crushing. The secondary product is conveyed to a 3YK2160 vibrating screen for classification. Finally, the belt conveyor delivers finished material in three sizes — 0-5 mm, 5-15 mm and 15-25 mm. Particles larger than 25 mm are sent to a cone crusher for further reduction, forming a closed-loop production system.

Hengtai manufactures multiple series of ore crushing equipment. Jaw crushers, impact crushers and mobile crushing units are all well suited for processing this material. The system covers feeding, coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and screening stages. In actual production, the process design can be adjusted according to user needs to increase throughput, and can be refined to achieve the expected production effect — both output and operation quality satisfy user requirements.

Line Introduction
In the beneficiation process of various metal and non-metal ores, the vast majority require crushing large ore blocks into small pieces before entering grinding equipment, after which elements in the slurry are extracted through various separation processes. Therefore, ore crushing is the first operation in the beneficiation flow.

Process Flow
Raw ore is transported by loading equipment to the crushing line, enters the vibrating feeder through the hopper, and the feeder evenly sends raw ore to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher breaks raw ore into small pieces, which then pass through the cone crusher to form particles of approximately 0-10 mm. The crushed material is classified by a circular vibrating screen; ore that does not meet the size requirement is returned to the cone crusher for secondary crushing until it meets the specification.

Widely used in the manufacture of paper, rubber, paint, coating, medicine, cosmetics, feed, sealing, bonding, polishing and other products.

The limestone crushing line is a critical link in both quicklime production lines and cement production lines. Limestone must be crushed before subsequent production stages can proceed.

Line Introduction
The main component of limestone is calcium carbonate (CaCO₃). It can be directly crushed into gravel aggregate for building material production, or burned into quicklime through specific equipment. Quicklime is extensively used for power plant desulfurization. When quicklime absorbs moisture or is mixed with water, it becomes slaked lime, whose main component is calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)₂. Mixed with other materials in certain proportions, it can be made into limestone slurry, lime paste, etc., commonly used as coating material and brick-and-tile adhesive. At the same time, limestone is also an important raw material for many industrial production processes.

Line Introduction
The stone crushing production line, also called the gravel production line, is the process of crushing large stone blocks through multiple stages to obtain stones of different particle shapes and sizes. The line can process more than 200 natural stone materials including limestone, river pebble, granite, quartz, calcite, feldspar, coal gangue and coal, producing aggregate for road paving, bridge construction, water conservancy, building and municipal engineering projects. In addition, it supports the green construction-waste recycling industry: demolition waste, waste concrete, muck, construction debris and renovation waste can all be crushed and reused — turning waste into treasure.

Process Flow
Large stone blocks are transported by loading equipment to the line, enter the vibrating feeder through the hopper, and the feeder evenly delivers the blocks to the jaw crusher. The jaw crusher reduces large blocks to small pieces, which then pass through the cone crusher (depending on hardness, an impact crusher or hammer crusher may also be selected). The crushed stone is classified by a circular vibrating screen; material that does not meet the size requirement is returned to the cone crusher for secondary crushing until it meets the specification. Finished stones are stacked by belt conveyor into piles of different sizes.

Main Equipment Options
A typical complete stone crushing line generally combines a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact/cone crusher, vibrating screen and conveyors. Optional equipment includes hammer crushers, fine jaw crushers, roller crushers, compound crushers and fine crushers to match specific processing requirements.

On-Site Configuration
Based on site survey and technical guidance, Hengtai introduced a three-stage crushing process for the client.

Stage One — Coarse Crushing: A PE900×1200 jaw crusher performs coarse crushing on large basalt blocks. The coarse basalt is then sent to the hopper. The vibrating feeder separates the coarse basalt into 0-50 mm particles, which are sent directly to the 4YK2460 circular vibrating screen, while particles larger than 50 mm are also directed to the 4YK2460 screen.

Stage Two — Medium Crushing: A PSG1300 cone crusher crushes material larger than 50 mm. The vibrating screen then separates the crushed product into 6.25 mm, 9.37 mm, 18.75 mm and 37.5 mm specifications.

Stage Three — Fine Crushing: Material larger than 37.5 mm is sent to a 1750 cone crusher for further reduction. At the same time, 0-6.25 mm particles are sent to the sand washing machine for finished-product production.
