Strategic Layout, Smooth Project Implementation

With an investment of 323 million yuan, the Hengtai project covers 64.91 acres and includes a 30,000-square-meter modern manufacturing base. The project focuses on developing and producing new, environmentally friendly intelligent mining equipment, with plans to introduce over 60 core machines, including high-precision CNC machine tools and robotic welding production lines. It aims to create a fully automated, intelligent, and green production base. The project is supported by the High-Tech Zone’s “three-level service” system, which accelerates construction progress.

Overcoming Challenges Through Government-Enterprise Collaboration

During construction, challenges arose, such as a conflict with a signal tower on the site. Thanks to the coordination efforts of the High-Tech Zone’s Business Service Office, the signal tower was relocated in just two weeks. Later, an underground water pipe interfered with the foundation work, but with quick government intervention, the pipe was rerouted in just over a week, ensuring the project stayed on track.

Technological Empowerment for Efficiency

Hengtai leveraged its 12 utility model patents and 1 invention patent to introduce advanced equipment from Siemens and Mitsubishi. This enabled the company to create an intelligent production system that integrates sensing, analysis, and decision-making, driving deep integration of advanced manufacturing and intelligent technologies.

Partial Production and Export Success

By early 2025, Hengtai's project achieved partial production, with core products like crushers, screens, and dust collectors rolling out for export to Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East. Full production will reach 800 sets annually, generating 180 million yuan in output and 37.88 million yuan in taxes, while creating 300 new jobs.
