Recently, Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing”) announced the successful completion of Phase I of its annual capacity project for 800 sets of new environmentally friendly intelligent machinery and equipment.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in the company’s strategic development within the smart mining equipment sector, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production and operation. It also injects new momentum into the high-quality development of the intelligent equipment industry in Linyi High-Tech Zone.

The project, with an annual capacity of 800 sets of environmentally friendly intelligent machinery, is one of the key industrial projects in Linyi High-Tech Zone.

The products are widely applied in transportation, mining, metallurgy, and other key industries. Featuring both environmental sustainability and intelligent performance, the project is expected to fill gaps in the regional smart mining equipment segment and promote industrial upgrading after entering operation.

As a critical phase of the overall project, Phase I construction includes standardized production workshops, the initial layout of intelligent production lines, and supporting auxiliary facilities.

After multiple stages of coordinated construction and technical optimization, the phase was completed with high quality and efficiency, marking a key construction milestone for the project.

Since the project launch in 2023, Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing has adhered to the principle of “quality first, efficiency driven.”

The company scientifically planned construction schedules, strictly controlled engineering standards, and actively promoted project progress. During construction, challenges such as signal tower relocation and water supply pipeline diversion temporarily affected the timeline.

In response, the Investment Promotion and Business Service Office of Linyi High-Tech Zone proactively provided targeted support by implementing a three-level assistance mechanism, involving district-level leadership coordination, departmental collaboration, and on-site service personnel.

Led by Zhang Yang, Head of the Third Business Service Section, the signal tower relocation was completed within two weeks, while the water pipeline diversion was finalized within one week. These measures effectively removed construction bottlenecks and ensured the smooth and timely completion of Phase I.

At the completion ceremony, Li Gaoqing, Legal Representative of Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing, stated that the successful completion of Phase I represents an important milestone in the company’s development.

He emphasized that the achievement was made possible by strong government support and the dedicated efforts of all construction personnel. The completion also creates favorable conditions for equipment installation, commissioning, and future production.

Li Gaoqing noted that the company will accelerate environmental acceptance procedures, equipment installation, and commissioning, striving to achieve full operation as soon as possible.

At the same time, Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to increase investment in research and development. By leveraging intelligent sensor monitoring and other core technologies, the company aims to optimize its product portfolio, strengthen patent布局, and further enhance product intelligence and environmental performance.

Following the completion of Phase I, the project will quickly enter the equipment installation and testing stage, preparing for the full deployment of intelligent production lines.

Upon reaching full capacity, the project is expected to produce 1,500 sets of intelligent mining equipment annually, achieve annual sales revenue of RMB 350 million, generate tax revenue of RMB 9 million, and create new employment opportunities, further strengthening the regional intelligent equipment industrial chain.

As an export-oriented enterprise, Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing has already begun expanding into overseas markets, actively promoting the global presence of Chinese intelligent mining equipment.

Officials from Linyi High-Tech Zone stated that the government will continue to implement refined enterprise service mechanisms, accurately respond to corporate needs, and fully support the subsequent development of the Hengtai project.
