BW series chain feeder is a heavy-duty continuous feeding equipment for bulk materials independently developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is widely used in the fields of mining, building materials, cement, metallurgy, chemical industry and infrastructure construction.
The equipment is specially designed for large materials, high impact, high load, and continuous operating conditions. It can stably realize continuous and uniform feeding from the storage silo to the crusher. It is a key equipment in the heavy-duty material conveying system.
It can transport fine materials below 5mm to large materials above 1m. The maximum feeding size can reach 1500mm, suitable for a variety of high-intensity working conditions.
High-strength steel plate welded body + wear-resistant chain plate structure has high traction and strong impact resistance, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
The core components are made of high-manganese steel and high-strength alloy steel materials, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and adapt to harsh working environments.

The BW series chain plate feeder is mainly used for continuous feeding and conveying of heavy-duty, large-block, and high-impact materials. It is usually installed under the silo or hopper to stably convey materials to crushers or subsequent equipment.
It is especially suitable for solving the problems of insufficient load-bearing capacity, easy damage and high impact of ordinary vibrating feeders.
The BW series is suitable for a variety of heavy-duty bulk materials, including but not limited to:

• Vibrating feeder: Suitable for small and medium-sized materials, with uniform feeding and simple structure, but not suitable for extra-large blocks or high-impact working conditions
