Product Overview
The heavy-duty crawler mobile jaw crushing station is an integrated mobile crushing equipment developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing specially for on-site primary crushing operations. The whole machine integrates wear-resistant jaw crusher, ZW series linear feeder and YK/YW series vibrating screen, realizing one-stop continuous operation of "feeding – primary crushing – screening".
Equipped with a full hydraulic crawler drive system, the equipment can flexibly adapt to the complex terrain of mines and infrastructure construction sites, significantly reducing secondary material handling and transportation costs.
With its high crushing ratio structural design and thickened wear-resistant jaw plates, the equipment can efficiently process various high-hardness materials, making it an ideal primary crushing equipment for open-pit mines, construction waste recycling, highway and railway engineering and other working conditions.
