Product Overview

The heavy-duty crawler mobile jaw crushing station is an integrated mobile crushing equipment developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing specially for on-site primary crushing operations. The whole machine integrates wear-resistant PE series jaw crusher, ZW series linear vibrating feeder and YK/YW series vibrating screen, realizing one-stop continuous operation of "feeding – primary crushing – screening".

Equipped with a full hydraulic crawler drive system, the equipment can flexibly adapt to the complex terrain of mines and infrastructure construction sites, significantly reducing secondary material handling and transportation costs. With its high crushing ratio structural design and thickened high-manganese steel jaw plates, the equipment can efficiently process various high-hardness materials.

Working Principle

1. Material Feeding

Raw materials loaded into hopper (5-20m³). ZW vibrating feeder with grizzly bars (80-200mm) evenly feeds crusher while pre-screening fines.

2. Primary Crushing

Materials enter PE jaw crusher's V-shaped chamber. Movable jaw approaches/leaves fixed jaw, compressing and fracturing materials. High-manganese jaw plates ensure long life.

3. Discharge Adjustment

Hydraulically adjusted discharge opening (40-225mm) controls product size. Toggle plate maintains consistent force, protects against overload.

4. Screening & Conveying

Crushed materials pass through YK/YW vibrating screen. Qualified products discharged via main belt (1200-1800mm). Oversize returned or stockpiled.

Integrated Operation: PLC-controlled system monitors crusher load, feeder speed, engine parameters. CAT engine provides reliable power. Hydraulic system enables smooth crawler movement.
