Overview
The tire-type jaw crushing station, also known as tire-type mobile crusher or hydraulically driven tire-type mobile crushing station, is a high-efficiency mobile crushing equipment with jaw crusher as the core host.
The whole machine adopts a tire chassis structure, with good road adaptability and construction mobility. It does not require complex foundation construction, and can complete site entry and put into operation quickly in a short time.
This equipment is mainly used for primary crushing of medium and high hardness materials, especially suitable for engineering projects with frequent relocation, tight construction period or limited site space.

Working Principle
- Feeding Process: Raw materials enter the crushing system through a vibrating feeder or belt feeder, with uniform and stable feeding, effectively avoiding material accumulation and instantaneous impact load.
- Crushing Process: Materials enter the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher, and complete primary crushing under the extrusion of the movable jaw and fixed jaw, forming aggregate particle size that meets requirements.
- Screening Process: Crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen through a belt for classification and screening. Coarse materials can be returned to the main machine for secondary crushing to further improve the quality of finished products.
- Conveying Process: Finished materials with qualified particle size are transported to the stockpile area or subsequent processing equipment through the belt conveyor system.
- Automated Control: The equipment is equipped with a centralized control system, which can monitor the operation status in real time, and flexibly adjust the feeding speed, crushing parameters and conveying rhythm according to working conditions to ensure continuous and stable production.
