Working Principle & Process Flow
Feeding Process
Raw materials enter the crushing system through a vibrating feeder or belt feeder, with uniform and stable feeding, effectively avoiding material accumulation and instantaneous impact load.
Crushing Process
Materials enter the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher, and complete primary crushing under the extrusion of the movable jaw and fixed jaw. The optimized crushing chamber design ensures high reduction ratios.
Screening Process
Crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen through a belt for classification and screening. Oversized materials can be returned for re-crushing or discharged as required.
Conveying Process
Finished materials with qualified particle size are transported to the stockpile area through the belt conveyor system. Multiple discharge options available for flexible site layout.
