Product Overview
The Screw Sand Washer (including single-screw and double-screw models) is a high-efficiency equipment independently developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing specially for sand and gravel desliming and dewatering. The equipment pushes materials forward through the rotation of screw blades, and completes washing, classification and dewatering operations at the same time, which is widely used in highway, hydropower, construction and other industries.
The equipment adopts a fully enclosed oil-bath transmission device and an adjustable overflow weir plate to ensure excellent sealing performance, high cleaning degree and good dewatering effect. It can handle materials from fine to coarse particle sizes, and the moisture content of finished sand is ≤8%.
