Working Principle
1. Material Feeding
Raw materials are evenly fed into the impact crusher through the vibrating feeder. The feeder ensures consistent material flow and prevents overloading of the crushing chamber.
2. Impact Crushing
Materials enter the impact chamber where high-speed rotation of the rotor strikes materials against impact plates. The intense impact force crushes materials into smaller sizes.
3. Size Classification
Crushed materials pass through the discharge opening. Adjustable impact plates control final product size. Qualified materials exit while larger particles continue crushing.
4. Product Conveying
Finished products are conveyed via main belt conveyor to stockpiles. Optional side discharge belt allows for multiple product specifications. Closed-circuit recycling available.
