The FS Series High Efficiency Impact Sand Making Machine is a new generation of energy-saving equipment designed for fine crushing of medium-hard solid materials. It is widely applied in cement, construction materials, mining, and refractory industries, exceptionally handling limestone, gypsum, clinker, granite, basalt, and river pebbles.
Innovative 2-Stage Crushing Design: By replacing the traditional 3-stage crushing process with a highly optimized 2-stage system, this secondary impact crusher significantly simplifies the aggregate production line. It delivers robust processing capacity, stable operation, and a superior cubic shape of the final product, lowering the total investment and operating costs for global quarry operators.

Based on independent R&D, Hengtai Global has secured three major patents for this equipment line, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
High-Speed Rotor Impact: Driven by the electric motor, the rotor spins at high speed. As material enters the primary crushing cavity, it immediately collides with the heavy-duty high-chrome blow bars mounted on the rotor.
Multi-Stage Fine Crushing: The shattered material is then thrown violently against the impact liners and adjustable grate. It enters the secondary fine crushing cavity for further pulverization through repeated impacts.
Controlled Discharge: The material is continuously crushed until it reaches the desired size. The final cubic-shaped aggregate (with particles ≤5mm accounting for over 85%) is discharged from the bottom opening.

Our impact sand making machine features a hydraulic opening chamber design protected by a utility model patent. The multi-directional open frame allows direct access to hammers and impact liners without removing the rotor or using heavy cranes. Replacement takes only 2-3 hours with basic hand tools—40% faster than conventional VSI crushers. We provide detailed maintenance videos and remote guidance. Spare parts are shipped from regional warehouses serving Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
Unlike traditional vertical shaft impactors (VSI) limited to ≤50mm feed, our impact sand maker handles maximum feed size up to 1200mm (model dependent). For river pebbles up to 600mm, you can feed directly without a jaw crusher, saving equipment investment. For larger boulders (600-1200mm), we recommend pairing with a jaw crusher as primary crushing.
Three key differences: (1) Function: Our machine integrates crushing AND shaping in one unit, while VSI mainly shapes pre-crushed material; (2) Feed size: We accept 600-1200mm directly vs VSI's typical ≤50mm; (3) Maintenance: Our hydraulic opening allows 40% faster wear parts replacement. For quarry operators needing both high reduction ratio and cubic shape, our impact sand maker offers a lower total cost of ownership.
We provide three-tier support: (1) Pre-shipment: Complete English/Spanish installation manuals, foundation drawings, and electrical schematics; (2) Remote commissioning: Real-time video guidance via WhatsApp/WeChat for mechanical and electrical connection; (3) On-site support: Available engineer dispatch to your site for installation supervision and operator training. We have established after-sales partnerships in Nigeria, Kenya, Philippines, Indonesia, Peru, and Chile.
