Working Principle & Key Features

High-Speed Rotor Impact: Driven by the electric motor, the rotor spins at high speed. As material enters the primary crushing cavity, it immediately collides with the heavy-duty high-chrome blow bars mounted on the rotor.

Multi-Stage Fine Crushing: The shattered material is then thrown violently against the impact liners and adjustable grate. It enters the secondary fine crushing cavity for further pulverization through repeated impacts.

Controlled Discharge: The material is continuously crushed until it reaches the desired size. The final cubic-shaped aggregate (with particles ≤5mm accounting for over 85%) is discharged from the bottom opening.
