Working Principle
1. Feeding Process
Raw materials are evenly fed into the impact crusher by heavy-duty vibrating feeder, and some fine materials can be pre-screened in advance, effectively reducing the load of the main machine.
2. Crushing Process
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the blow bar impacts the materials strongly. Materials collide and crush repeatedly between the impact plate and the rotor.
3. Screening Process
Crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen through the conveyor belt for classification. Qualified materials are output directly, while unqualified materials are returned for re-crushing.
4. Conveying & Moving Process
The whole machine is installed on the tire chassis. During operation, the equipment is stabilized by supporting legs; during transfer, it is towed by a tractor.
