Product Overview
The TS Series Dewatering Vibrating Screen is a special screening equipment independently developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing, dedicated to dewatering, medium removal and sludge removal of pulp materials.
Adopting an innovative high-frequency vibration design, the screen box runs in an approximately linear trajectory, realizing rapid solid-liquid separation through high-frequency vibration. It is widely used in tailings treatment, coal washing, water-washed quartz sand, mud dewatering and other processes.
The equipment provides two power modes: direct drive by vibration motor and exciter drive by ordinary motor. The screen surface can be made of various materials such as stainless steel, nylon and polyurethane to adapt to different material characteristics.
