Working Principle & Key Features
Raw stone materials enter the washing tank through the feed inlet. The motor drives the screw shaft through the reducer, causing the spiral blades to rotate continuously. Materials are pushed forward, lifted, and repeatedly scrubbed while water flushes away clay and impurities.
High-Efficiency Stone Cleaning: The rotating screw blades continuously tumble and scrub gravel and crushed stone inside the washing tank, effectively removing clay coatings, mud, and impurities from coarse aggregate surfaces.
Heavy-Duty Wear-Resistant Structure: The screw blades are manufactured from high-strength wear-resistant steel to withstand abrasive quarry materials and ensure long service life under continuous operation.
