Working Principle (How it works)

The screw stone washer completes the washing operation through the synergy of screw blade rotation conveying and water flow flushing:

  1. Materials enter the washing tank from the top and mix with water to form slurry.
  2. The motor drives the screw shaft to rotate, and the screw blades push the sand and stone forward along the tank body.
  3. During the conveying process, the water flow continuously scours the surface of the sand and stone.
  4. Light impurities such as stone powder and soil are suspended in water and discharged through the overflow port.
  5. The cleaned sand and stone are conveyed to the discharge end by the screw, realizing the integration of washing, classification and dewatering.

This principle is based on the difference in particle specific gravity and sedimentation speed, featuring high washing efficiency and stable finished products.
