The Hengtai YDPE Series Wheeled Mobile Jaw Crusher Plant is a high-performance primary crushing solution that integrates jaw crushing technology with a road-towable tire-mounted chassis. By mounting the complete crushing system on a heavy-duty wheeled trailer, the YDPE series overcomes the site constraints of conventional fixed crushing lines — delivering immediate, on-site primary crushing capability wherever raw material is located.
Each unit integrates a jaw crusher, ZW-series vibrating feeder with built-in pre-screening, discharge belt conveyor, optional screening module, and a smart electrical control system on a single chassis. Feed speed and discharge gap can be adjusted in real time to match varying material sizes and production targets. Since its launch, the YDPE series has been widely adopted in construction waste recycling, mining operations, and infrastructure projects — recognized for quick relocation, strong primary crushing performance, and stable long-term operation.

Phase 1 — Site Positioning: The plant is towed to the work site by a standard truck. Hydraulic outriggers are extended and adjusted to level the chassis on uneven ground. The discharge conveyor angle and jaw crusher gap are then set according to the target output size. The unit is ready to operate within approximately 2 hours of arrival — no foundation work or on-site assembly required.
Phase 2 — Crushing Operation: Motor power is transmitted to the jaw crusher's eccentric shaft, driving the movable jaw in a reciprocating swing motion. Material is fed uniformly into the crushing chamber by the vibrating feeder, where it is broken by the compressive and splitting force between the fixed and movable jaw plates. Crushed material discharges onto the main belt conveyor and is transported to the designated stockpile. For further size reduction, the YDPE plant can be linked in series with a Wheeled Mobile Impact Crusher or a Wheeled Mobile Cone Crusher to form a complete two-stage mobile crushing circuit.

ZW-series vibrating feeder delivers raw material uniformly, continuously, and at a controllable rate to the jaw crusher. The built-in pre-screening function simultaneously removes soil and fine particles, improving crusher efficiency, preventing blockages, and reducing liner wear.
Main discharge belt conveyor efficiently transports crushed aggregate from the jaw crusher to the stockpile. Optional side or return conveyor enables closed-circuit crushing or multi-grade stockpiling, allowing simultaneous output of different product sizes.
Diesel generator set powers the entire station independently — enabling full operation at off-grid sites such as remote quarries or demolition yards. Where stable grid power is available, an external electric motor connection is supported for lower operating cost and reduced emissions.

The Hengtai YDPE series can process materials with Mohs hardness ≤9, including medium-hard to ultra-hard rocks such as granite and basalt. For extremely abrasive materials, customized wear-resistant jaw plate upgrade packages are available upon request.
