High-Efficiency Integrated Equipment for Sand Washing, Dewatering and Fine Sand Recovery
The Sand Washing and Dewatering Integrated Machine is a high-efficiency integrated equipment independently developed by Shandong Hengtai Intelligent Manufacturing, aiming at the requirements of washing, dewatering and fine sand recovery in modern sand and gravel production lines.
Integrating the functions of sand washing, desliming, dewatering and fine sand recovery into one unit, the equipment effectively solves the problems of high moisture content of finished products, serious fine sand loss and water resource waste in traditional sand washing processes. With stable operation and compact structure, it occupies a small floor area. The moisture content of finished sand can be stably controlled at ≤10%, and the fine sand recovery rate is as high as 85%–95%. It is widely used in manufactured sand production lines, highway, hydropower projects, construction sand processing and tailings recovery, serving as an ideal supporting equipment for environment-friendly sand making systems.
Suitable for sand and gravel materials with high mud content that require washing, dewatering and fine sand recovery, including manufactured sand, river sand, quartz sand, granite sand, basalt sand, tailings sand, etc.
After the raw sand is fully cleaned by the sand washing system of the integrated machine, it forms a mortar mixture. The mortar enters the cyclone separation device to efficiently separate and recover fine sand particles. The cleaned sand and gravel are quickly dewatered and discharged through the high-frequency dewatering screen, forming finished sand with low moisture content and stable gradation. The whole process runs continuously, realizing the synchronous completion of sand washing, dewatering and fine sand recovery.
One machine completes sand washing, desliming, dewatering and fine sand recovery, reducing equipment configuration and simplifying production processes.
High-frequency dewatering screen realizes rapid water removal, the moisture content of finished sand ≤10%, easy for transportation and storage.
Equipped with cyclone system, effectively recovers 0.16–3mm fine sand, significantly reducing fine sand loss.
