Working Principle
1. Feeding Process
Raw materials are evenly fed into the heavy hammer crusher main machine through vibrating feeder or belt feeder to ensure continuous and stable feeding.
2. Crushing Process
After entering the hammer crusher, materials are crushed to the required particle size through high-speed rotating hammers impacting and shearing the materials.
3. Screening Process
Crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen via conveyor belt for classification. Unqualified coarse materials are returned to the crusher for re-crushing.
4. Conveying Process
Finished materials are transported to the stockpile area or subsequent processing equipment through belt conveyor, ensuring continuous and efficient production.
