Working Principle
- Feeding Process: Raw materials are evenly conveyed to the hammer crusher through vibrating feeder or belt feeder to ensure continuous and stable feeding.
- Crushing Process: Materials are quickly crushed to the target particle size under the impact of high-speed rotating hammers.
- Screening Process: Crushed materials enter the vibrating screen for classification and screening. Unqualified materials are returned to the crushing system for re-crushing to form a closed-loop circulation.
- Conveying Process: Qualified finished products are transported to the stockpile area or subsequent processing equipment through belt conveyor to realize continuous production.
- Intelligent Control: The whole machine is equipped with an automatic control system, which can monitor the operation status in real time and adjust feeding speed, crushing parameters and conveying system to improve overall operation efficiency and stability.
