Raw Material Feeding: Large stones are transported to the hopper via loading equipment, then evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the linear vibrating feeder. Primary Crushing: The jaw crusher crushes large stones into small pieces (coarse crushing). Secondary Crushing: The crushed materials are sent to the cone crusher (or impact crusher/hammer crusher, depending on raw stone hardness) for further fine crushing. Screening & Classification: The crushed materials pass through a circular vibrating screen for screening and grading. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements are sent back to the cone crusher for secondary crushing until they reach the standard. Finished Aggregate Stacking: Qualified aggregates are stacked into different particle size piles via belt conveyors.
