Component Structure Base: The PY spring cone crusher mainly consists of the main frame, fixed cone assembly (concave), moving cone assembly (mantle), spring safety mechanisms, bowl-shaped bearing frame, and driving parts. Its auxiliary parts comprise electrical systems, thin oil lubrication, and hydraulic clearing setups.
Eccentric Gyratory Motion: During operation, the electric motor drives the large bevel gear at the bottom of the eccentric sleeve through a fluid coupling and small pinion gear. As the eccentric sleeve rotates, it forces the vertical main shaft and crushing cone to make a continuous gyratory pendulum movement.
Continuous Crushing Loop: This pendulum swing causes the mantle surface to approach and recede from the concave surface periodically. Rocks entering the cavity are continuously squeezed, bent, and impacted. Crushed materials smaller than the discharge setting fall via gravity through the parallel zone opening.
