The YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is a new type of advanced screening equipment developed for heavy-duty material sorting. Working Principle:
The circular vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, underframe, suspension (or support) device, and electric motor. The vibration motor serves as the vibration source fixed on the screen box. Dual identical vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions to generate a centrifugal force component, driving the entire screen supported on dampers into a linear vibration motion. Once materials drop from the feed end into the screen frame, they move forward quickly and loosely across the screen mesh to finish the sorting and grading operations.
High Screening Efficiency: The exciter relies on an external block eccentric configuration, which limits total weight while yielding larger operational amplitudes for significantly optimized screening efficiency.
Convenient Maintenance: Both the vibrating screen exciter and the screen box frame are structured with modular design principles, rendering disassembly, component replacement, and daily upkeep simple and fast.
Stable & Smooth Running: Engineered with a simplified, highly reasonable structural footprint, it employs an advanced labyrinth sealing design using reliable grease lubrication for secure long-term operations.
